Responsibilities
• Manage a team while remaining focused on developing technical skills, teamwork, and a love of athletics
• Collaborate with other coaches across the network to build an excellent athletics program
• Model a Christian life style and support the beliefs of the Catholic Church, incorporate prayer into games or practices
• Lead by example, promote good sportsmanship and show respect for Regis players, opponents, other coaches, and contest officials
• Receive ongoing feedback and support from a leadership team, faculty, and parents
Skills/Requirements
• Candidates should have coaching experience
• The coach will report to the Regis High School Athletic Director, and is responsible for the planning of practices and coaching of games
• Candidates must have knowledge of WIAA rules for their sport
• Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
